Main Teaching and Research Interests: Domestic and International Registration of Medical Products (including medical devices and cosmetics), Quality Systems and Pharmacovigilance.
Prof. Liang has published more than 120 academic papers as the first author, and directed graduate students to publish more than 220 papers as the correspondent author. He has been the editor-in-chief of 6 national unified planning textbooks, 4 training textbooks for drug regulators and 4 academic works. He has accomplished more than 60 research projects entrusted by the government and enterprises and won 3 national awards and 3 provincial awards. He has been appointed as the chief audit officer of in China by many large pharmaceutical enterprises of Germany, Italy, Denmark and India.
