Pingyu Chen, Ph.D., lecturer, master supervisor, secretary of Pharmacoeconomics Committee of Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Society, researcher of Jiangsu Drug Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation Technology Center, researcher of Center for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes research of China Pharmaceutical University, and former research assistant and visiting scholar of University of Tennessee Health Science Research Center.
Undergraduate courses in charge: Pharmacoeconomics, Health measurement, Health economics (international students), Pharmacoeconomics (international students).
Postgraduate courses in charge: Health technology assessment, Advanced methods of pharmacoeconomic evaluation models.
Research interests include pharmacoeconomic evaluation, comprehensive clinical evaluation of drugs, drug management, and research on children's health-related quality of life .
By 2023, she has hosted over 10 national, provincial and ministerial fund projects and enterprise projects, such as National Nature Science Foundation project, China Postdoctoral Science Fund, Jiangsu Provincial Postdoctoral Research Funding Program, Jiangsu Provincial Education Department Philosophy and Social Science Fund, Jiangsu Provincial Food and Drug Administration Supervision Science Project, Drug Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation Project.
More than 30 papers have been published in SCI/SSCI and Chinese core journals such as Quality of Life Research、Frontiers in Public Health、Health and Quality of Life Outcomes、Applied Health Economics and Health Policy、Frontiers in Medicine、Clinical Drug Investigation, etc. Several studies have been accepted by international academic conferences and were invited as oral reports.
