She has successfully accomplished over 5 research projects, including 2 supported by the Philosophy and Social Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province and 1 by the Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Project. In parallel, she has been invited to participate in more than 10 projects supported by the Social Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, the Soft Science Project of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology Department, or projects entrusted by the NHC, Chongqing Municipal Commercial Commission, Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission and other national, provincial and municipal government agencies. She has published some papers.
Main Research Achievements: Her contribution in Empirical Research on Grading Response to Drug Shortage was awarded the First Prize of Outstanding Achievements of Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences in 2017.
She has instructed many students to won the First and Second Prize for many times through the 2nd to the 8th National Financial Elite Challenge, and the First Prize in the 5th National College Students' Knowledge and Skills Competition on Human Resource Management in Jiangsu Province and the Second Prize on national wide level.
