Prof. Xi is a member of the Generic Drugs Committee of China Society for Drug Regulation, Director of Jiangsu Provincial Medical Insurance Research Association, Deputy director of the Drug Value Evaluation Committee of Guangdong Provincial Pharmaceutical Price Association, Young Researcher of Shanghai Healthcare Development Research Center, etc. Further, he has been joined in the editorial board of Journal of Thoracic Disease, China Pharmacy and others, in parallel with the reviewer and statistical editor of many academic journals at home and abroad.
Main Courses: Statistics, Econometrics and Quantitative Analysis of Medical Management courses for undergraduate and master students.
Main Research Interests: Medical and Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics and Life Quality Research, Clinical Trials and Real-World Big Data Analysis, Pharmaceutical Services, etc.
More than 100 of his papers have been published, including 20 in SCI/SSCI. Prof, Xi has written 1 academic work and 1 textbook. He has accomplished over 100 government-sponsored and commercial projects at all levels, e.g., the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and the Major Projects of New Drug Innovation. He excels in a variety of statistical methods and software, and has participated in the research scheme design and data statistics of many clinical trials and real-world evidence research.
