Proposals Announcement on the Official Website of International Cooperation Bureau of NSFC

Vaccines are an effective weapon in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, safeguarding hundreds of millions of people from diseases. Building a scientifically sound system for vaccine regulation in China requires new standards, methods and tools. This project aims to adopt a value-oriented research methodology to construct a set of comprehensive value assessment theories, develop a package of measurement tool kits, and establish a series of decision-making processes applicable to the whole life cycle of vaccines.

In recent years, our school has set the vaccine research as a crucial strategic orientation. This proposal lays a solid foundation for a deeper exchange and co-operation with international partners in diverse areas, including vaccine, infectious disease control and value-based decision-making.
